With a very personal and lived history of providing support, Rachel and the team at Caring Hearts are committed to providing the best possible support for each individual.

This family run organisation provides the following services:

• Personal care and support

• Mentoring

• Help around the house with cleaning and cooking

• Gardening and home maintenance

• Company accessing the community

• Help finding accommodation, signing tenancy agreements and setting up a new home

The team of support workers have experience with behaviours of concern, supporting young people and adults with autism and also providing support across a range of other disabilities.
